Yes. Old Growth Tree Service begins each service with an evaluation by a certified arborist. They visit your property in person to discuss your priorities and concerns, help you understand the situation, and provide an overview of options. Following the visit, your arborist will provide you with a written estimate by email.

  1. Our process starts with an in-person visit to your property by a certified arborist. During this visit, they discuss your concerns, assess your trees, explain current conditions, and provide tailored options for your specific needs. This comprehensive evaluation ensures that all factors influencing tree health are considered.
  2. You will be provided with a written estimate for your review and approval that includes a timeline for the completion of the work.
  3. Upon approval, your arborist will work with you to you to schedule the work. Some treatments including pest or disease specific plant health care are scheduled to maximize effectiveness. Non time-sensitive work is scheduled based upon current backlog and your specific needs. You may choose to be present during the work or have us complete it in your absence. We can also coordinate with property managers or others who may care for your property.
  4. Advance notice will be sent to you as a reminder.
  5. Our team will visit your property and complete the work.
  6. Upon completion, you will be invoiced electronically. Most invoices can be paid online by credit card. For larger invoices, we request payment by check.
